Furthermore, there is growing concern that some carbon offset projects merely shift environmental harm elsewhere (referred to as “carbon leakage”) rather than reducing overall emissions. Our Story

JeSi was founded in 2024 with a singular goal: to bridge the gap between individuals and impactful environmental projects through the use of advanced technology. With a growing global emphasis on reducing carbon footprints and tackling climate change, we recognized the need for a solution that allows users to not only contribute but also track and verify the results of their efforts. Blockchain provided the perfect foundation for this transparency and security. Dziedzom Komi de Souza - Co-Founder, CEO

Dziedzom leads the company’s vision of delivering innovative and transparent climate solutions. He ensures that all projects listed on our platform make a measurable positive impact on the environment.

Dziedzom ensures that all projects listed on the platform deliver measurable, positive environmental impacts. Dziedzom holds a PhD in Biological Sciences. With a strong background in biomedical research, he serves as an Associate Professor at the University of Ghana. He brings his expertise in managing large projects to JeSi, overseeing carbon offset initiatives such as tree planting and renewable energy projects. Passionate about driving real change,

Dziedzom’s leadership ensures that JeSi operates with the highest standards of transparency and integrity, helping users make a genuine difference in the fight against climate change. Under his leadership, JeSi is positioned at the forefront of sustainable development, combining technology and integrity to drive meaningful action against climate change.

Mario Feliciano - Co-Founder and COO/CFO

Mario Feliciano is a visionary leader with over 20 years of strategic experience in corporate and government environments, driving transformative projects at the intersection of technology and sustainability. As the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer (CPO) of JeSi, Mario leads the development and implementation of JeSi’s blockchain-enabled platform, empowering individuals and organizations to contribute to global nature restoration efforts with transparency and accountability.

Prior to Co-founding JeSi, Mario held senior leadership roles at Novartis, where he managed large-scale IT transformations across more than 30 countries, delivering billions in strategic benefits through innovative digital solutions. His expertise spans supply chain, manufacturing, radiopharmaceuticals, AI, and blockchain, where he has consistently driven impactful outcomes on a global scale.

Mario’s distinguished military career includes co-founding the Philippine Army Transformation Roadmap, a strategic initiative that elevated the Philippine Army to a world-class institution. He is a recipient of the Gold Cross Medal, the third highest military award for combat bravery in the Philippines, underscoring his dedication to excellence and leadership under pressure.

Mario holds a Master’s degree in Applied Data Science from the University of Michigan, an MBA from the University of Bern and the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is also certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by APICS and holds a certification in Digital Business Strategy from MIT.

Mario’s unique ability to harmonize business strategy and technological innovation positions him as a driving force behind JeSi’s mission to create a more sustainable future. His leadership and expertise in blockchain, AI, and digital platforms are pivotal to JeSi’s goal of advancing global climate action and empowering communities through cutting-edge technology.

Michelle P. Eduarte -
Co-Founder & CMO

Michelle P. Eduarte is a distinguished professional with over 20 years of experience in high-level statecraft, international relations, and strategic communications. As the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of JeSi, Michelle leads the development and execution of JeSi’s global marketing and outreach strategies, driving engagement and fostering trust among diverse stakeholders to advance the platform’s mission of empowering individuals and organizations to invest in global nature restoration.

Michelle’s expertise in strategic messaging and human behavior stems from her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from De La Salle University and her extensive career working with high-level state officials, business leaders, and market disruptors. Her deep understanding of targeted communication enables her to craft integrated campaigns that resonate across media, digital, print, and live events—ensuring JeSi’s message is clear, impactful, and action-oriented.

Her career highlights include writing high-stakes speeches, orchestrating press conferences, and crafting influential statements for international forums. Michelle thrives in high-pressure environments, where her ability to adapt complex messaging to diverse audiences has proven instrumental in driving public engagement and behavioral change.

At JeSi, Michelle’s strategic vision ensures that the platform’s value proposition—leveraging blockchain for transparent and impactful environmental action—is effectively communicated to both institutional and individual users. Her work shapes JeSi’s brand identity and outreach, fostering a global community committed to combating climate change through innovative, transparent, and scalable solutions.

Akua M. Addo-Boadu -
Co-Founder & CSEO

Akua M. Addo-Boadu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Botany and a Master’s in Environmental Sciences, Policy and Management. She is passionate about empowering the next generations as well as making meaningful contributions towards safeguarding the environment and sustainable development. She has participated in two Earthwatch Institute projects: Elephants of the Red Volta, as well as Cocoa Farming and Biodiversity in Ghana. She served as a botanist and gender analyst for the JICA and Government of Ghana project on Participatory Forest Resource Management (PAFORM). She undertook her national service at the UNDP Global Environment Facility – Small Grants Programme (GEF-SGP) in Accra and subsequently briefly served as a Programme Assistant there.
